Although the 4th of July is about celebrating all things America, we turned to London for a little help with our summer drinking. Specifically, we whipped out Beefeater London Dry Gin to make some fabulous gin and tonics, which make for a wonderfully refreshing summer cocktail. Touted as one of the world’s best selling gins, Beefeater is distilled in a traditional London Dry style using the finest botanicals and an age-old method from the 1800s.
The bold juniper flavor jumps right out at you at first sip, giving Beefeater a leg up on the competition with plenty of flavor. That’s why it’s great to make something so simple as a G & T so you can really enjoy the flavors of the botanicals in the gin, without overpowering it with too many other flavors. Here’s how we made ours:
Beefeater Gin & Tonic
1 oz. Beefeater London Dry Gin
3 oz. Fever Tree Tonic
Squeeze of lemon
