With apps apps like Instagram and Picstitch taking over the world, it’s fair to say that people like to look at photos. Herring & Herring, the collaboration of renowned international fashion photographers Dimitri Scheblanov and Jesper Carlsen, have launched FRAMED, an image only art and fashion magazine. Unsurprisingly, flipping through the magazine is addictive, especially when it’s plastered with the likes of Beyonce, Gavin Rossdale and more. The first issue was produced with seven covers, featuring Elijah Wood, Fred Armisen, Kelly Osbourne, Gavin Rossdale, Lars Ulrich and Gina Gershon. The issue also includes famous faces such as Beyonce, Marton Csokas, Vincent Piazza, Davey Havok, LP, Luke James, William Duval, Tim Simons, Amber Tamblyn and Teddy Sears.

To celebrate the success and unique photographic concept, Herring & Herring hosted a New York style launch, which took place at the dark speakeasy Lovers of Today. The magazine seeks to celebrate celebrities who stand out as creative leaders in their fields and then presents them through portraits and fashion editorials in new and exciting ways. In addition to the photography duo, Adam Levine, Behati Prinsloo, James Valentine, Heidi Verster, and Lars Ulrich came out to the party. Luke James performed at the event and a new, stylish watch/tracker was on display called Withings Activité.
