For $50, diners got a selection of appetizers like the Pimento Cheese Potato Skins and Richie’s Beer Mac & Cheese, as well as a choice of a variety of juicy burgers like the signature 5 Napkin – 10 oz. of freshly-ground beef with Gruyere cheese, caramelized onions topped with rosemary aioli. Each course, even dessert, was paired with a full pint of a Captain Lawrence brew. A hefty appetite was required to finish everything.
Captain Lawrence Liquid Gold was paired with the Pimento Cheese Potato Skins and Richie’s Beer Mac & cheese; the seasonal Captain Lawrence Meltwater IPL was paired with Meltwater India Pale Lager, which is crisp and refreshing. Finally, Captain Lawrence Hopsomniac IPA was paired perfectly with the Ice Cream Sandwiches.
