Earlier this week, Mannhattan with a Twist attended the Alice & Olivia by Stacey Bendet Fall 2014 Preview at the McKittrick Hotel. Definitely the most theatrical of all the fashion presentations, Alice & Olivia featured an elaborate fairy tale-esque set that kept you looking at every tiny detail. Yes, Rapunzel and Sleeping Beauty both made appearances…donning A&O, of course. The sexy line had a Victorian era vibe to it, with dark colors, shimmering metallics, florals and velvets, and and intricate lace. We’re not sure if we liked this collection so much because of the free flowing Chandon sparkling wine or the dramatic display, but it was definitely one of the best of New York Fashion Week. Even Paris and Nicky Hilton made an appearance. Check out some of the glamorous and girly getups below.
