UK-based fitness app Asana Rebel recently launched the U.S. extension of their business with a splashy, fun workout class, and featured apparel sponsored by Blank Label Active, which launching this month, as well.
The app features a multitude of at-home, yoga-based workouts, designed for a busy person who can’t devote a full hour to a class IRL. Hundreds of options are available, falling under five different themed workout categories: Fat Burn, Strength, Balance/Focus, Flexibility, and Breath/Relax. The app’s homepage is broken out by a recommended workout of the day, a daily 5 minute stretch option, plank challenges, music suggestions to improve focus, and a meditation practice.
While I appreciate the enormous variety of offerings included by Asana Rebel, especially as someone who works 50 hours a week and doesn’t always have time to hit the gym, I personally think the app could be a bit more user friendly in the way it organizes information.
In this digital age dominated by platforms like Instagram and Twitter, we are constantly inundated with information, and I often find the more simply information is presented, the more likely I am to use it. On the Asana Rebel app, I have to do a lot of clicking around in order to find what it is I’m looking for, which might deter me from remaining a loyal customer.
Asana rebel is a great supplement to a regular gym membership, and is low-risk way for someone who loves exercise and can’t always find the time to take a class to try at home workouts. A free trial membership is the perfect way to see if it’s for you!
