The Fourth of July is less than a week away, which means it’s almost time for fireworks, BBQs and your very best Americana garb. Not heading to the Hamptons or the shore? Below are a few ways to celebrate the nation’s big b-day in the Big Apple.
July 3rd

July 4th
Geoffrey Zakarian’s The Lambs Club is celebrating the holiday with a bourbon-themed menu, from chicharron-crusted pork ribs with a bourbon mustard glaze, to the Gold Rush cocktail, with Elijah Craig 12 Year Bourbon, Lemon and Honey ($25). BBQ season is in full swing at Landmarc, where they will be offering a smoked BBQ brisket sandwich on a brioche bun with pickled red onions, all alongside cheddar fries and cole slaw ($17). Riverpark is celebrating the 4th with BBQ favorites alongside red, white & blue sangria and house-made iced teas and lemonades. The restaurant is also hosting live music from Sea Monsters, Ski Lodge and Rocket & the Ghost, with bocce ball and ping-pong on the restaurant’s terrace from 2pm to 6pm. Richard Sandoval’s restaurant, MAYA, will be showing its patriotism with $6 specialty Stars & Stripes margaritas, in addition to a bottomless brunch that includes unlimited small plates & brunch cocktails for just $35. 1191 First Avenue (between 64th and 65th Streets).
‘witchcraft will be throwing a party at Chelsea Piers, featuring exclusive waterfront views of the fireworks from 6-10pm. The momentous evening will included an open beer and wine bar, as well as a party menu featuring sliders, lobster rolls, desserts and more. Tickets are $125 person and $55 for under 21 guests and can be purchased here.
Pera will be hosting a five course boundless barbeque 4th of July menu for $29 and offering diners exclusive rooftop access for firework viewing. Nathan’s Famous is hosting its annual hot dog eating competition at 11:30am, with pre-contest entertainment starting at 10:30am.
