Warning: sweet times ahead! Valentine’s Day is coming up and if you want to get in the mood, there’s nothing as fun to make as a delicious and celebratory cocktail. Try one, or all, of these!

2 oz. RumHaven
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Add all ingredients into an ice-filled Collins glass, stir to combine and chill. Garnish with pineapple or grapefruit.

1.5 oz. Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose
3 oz. Soda Water
Serve in a wine glass with ice and your choice of fragrant herbs, crisp citrus or other fresh fruit.
Santo Peachy Sweetheart Bellini (Courtesy of SantoSpirit)
1.5 oz. SantoSpirit Blanco
3 oz. Peach Puree
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend with ice. Serve in a champagne flute. Garnish with a peach slice.
Pink Elderflower Martini (Courtesy of Elegant Affairs Caterers)
1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur, i.e. St. Germain
1.5 oz. sweet sparkling red wine, i.e. Lambrusco
1 splash tonic water
Edible Flower Garnish
In a shaker filled with ice, shake the vodka and elderflower liquor together. Strain into a martini glass. Pour in the sweet sparkling red wine (it looks really pretty going in!). Add a splash of tonic water and top with an edible flower.

1 bottle Lillet Rosé wine
3 oz. Grand Marnier
5 oz. club soda
2 oz. fresh raspberries
1 Spring Mint
Edible flower petals for garnish
Pour each of the above in a tall bar glass. Shake with ice, pour into a cocktail or martini glass, and serve.

1 oz. Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz. Mozart White Chocolate Cream Strawberry Liqueur
Make sure liqueurs are chilled before starting. Pour first layer of Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur into shot glass. Then layer Mozart White Chocolate Cream Strawberry Liqueur over using a spoon. Enjoy!
Wild Kiss Margarita (Courtesy of Coça Pura)
1.5 oz of COÇA PURA
1 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz Cointreau
.05 oz pomegranate simple syrup
Combine ingredients. Rim with hibiscus sugar and Rock Salt and garnish with one dehydrated blood orange and rosemary.

3 oz. Plymouth Gin
2.5 oz. Lillet Blanc
1 oz. Campari
4.5 oz. Tonic Water (Fever Tree)
7.5 oz. Prosecco
Combine ingredients with ice and garnish with orange wheel.
Chocolate Martini (Courtesy of Mozart Chocolate Liqueur)
1 oz. Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
2 oz. Mamont Vodka
Ice
Combine liqueur and vodka in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain drink into prepared glasses and enjoy.
Truly Strawberry Iced Tea Valentine’s Day Cocktail (Courtesy of Truly Hard Seltzer)
6 oz. Truly Strawberry Iced Tea
1 oz. pink gin
0.5 oz. strawberry puree
0.5 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. diamond luster dust
Rose ice cube
In a mixing glass add strawberry puree, lemon juice and gin. Cover with ice and shake. Then, add Truly Strawberry Iced Tea to the shaker. Add rose cube to glass then strain over ingredients. Add in luster dust to make it SPARKLE!

1-2 oz. The Perfect Puree Pink Guava
Top with Korbel
Thaw and add 1 to 2 oz. of The Perfect Purée Pink Guava to a mimosa glass. Top off with Korbel Brut Rosé or Korbel Sweet Rosé. Gently stir and share with your Valentine!
