Summer is well underway and Randolph at Broome is doing things a little differently this Summer. Famously known for their artisan coffee and cocktails, Randolph at Broome is now serving coffee on tap. Brewed from a state-of-the-art cold press, Toby’s Estate Brazil and Santa Ines are now officially on draft.
We had the opportunity to stop in and rejuvenate with an iced-coffee on tap and then relax with a couple of their signature cocktails. First up was the Texas Porch Sipper. I love ordering cocktails with clever names. Crafted with vodka, blackberries, honey and garnished with mint, this I’m told by the bartender, is a Randolph favorite. Though it’s been on the menu for a while, this is a perfect summer drink. Now, it being summer and all, I couldn’t leave without sampling a rum cocktail. Crafted with rum, cassis and Spanish bitters, Born to Rum is out of this world!
Don’t be intimated by the “hand-crafted” cocktails and the bartenders that are most likely considered mixologists, Randolph at Broome is a quaint lounge with an excellent staff and phenomenal drinks. So come in to cool off with an iced-coffee on tap, but stay to sip on an artisan cocktail.
