With new restaurants opening and closing, revamping and more each and every day here in the city it’s hard to keep track of what’s going on at your favorite spots. Here are some awesome additions at some of NYC’s tastiest restaurants, along with hot new events!
Chef Daniel Boulud’s db bistro moderne celebrates its 12th anniversary with a complete renovation taking place this month. The dining room will be redesigned by Jeffrey Beers and feature a cocktail bar, along with a newly-crafted menu in collaboration with executive chef Jim Burke. The restaurant will reopen mid-September!
Andanada just launched an amazing new Tapas & Sangria Sampler special, which will be available through September 1st. The special will be offered from 5pm-close for $70 per couple. Patrons are able to select four tapas of their choice from the menu to share, accompanied by a pitcher of red or white sangria.
Hey Mambo just introduced a new bar menu created by executive chef Moussa Thiam. The new menu offers a wide variety of small plates and snacks to enjoy while you imbibe at the bar. Options include oysters, spreads, and cheese and charcuterie plates. The bar menu will be available every day from 4-7pm.
Both locations of high end sports bar, The Windsor, have launched new menu items! In addition to their signature gourmet comfort food, chef Kristine Mana-ay has added new snacks, entrees, sides and sweets to the menu. Added goodies include Pretzel Poppers, Veggie Sandwich, Sweet Potato Fried, Nutella Ice Cream Sandwich and more!
The Breslin Bar & Dining Room‘s event space, Liberty Hall, has just undergone a redesign and chef April Bloomfield has created the menus for the event space. Liberty Hall will be hosting two new monthly parties that will be open to the public, including Heartthrob and Industry Night. The latter will be held on the last Sunday of every month, with the next one coming up on September 29th at 9pm.
Bill’s Food & Drink launched a new prix fixe menu that offers diners a three course dinner ofr $45, available for the remainder of the summer. Guests can choose from a selection of signature dishes such as beef tartare, ribeye, bolognese, and ice cream. The prix fixe menu is available Sunday-Friday from 5:30pm until closing.
Bagatelle NY is now serving lunch and has launched new outdoor seating. Diners are welcome to come by and enjoy lunch from 11:30am-4pm Monday through Friday. The sidewalk cafe seats up to 58 people and offers signature dishes, as well as fresh new menu items created by executive chef Sebastien Chamaret.
Seasons of Southampton is hosting two new autumn parties featuring the Hamptons’ freshest seafood. Clambake Thursdays will take place weekly from 5-10pm and will feature lobsters, mussels, steamers and other seafood favorites, accompanied by live entertainment and frozen drink specials. The clambake only costs $34.95. You can also stop by for Sunday Brunch, offered each Sunday from 10am-2pm. For $19.99 you can have your choice of fresh seafood dishes, omelets, pastas and more.
