During the chaos that is New York Fashion Week, it is only fair that between all the shows and parties we are running to and from, we get just a little bit pampered. Luckily, we got more than we even bargained for at the techSTYLE Lounge, hosted by the House of Bumble. There was a whole slew of things to experience at the lounge, from makeup touch-ups provided by Chrislie Formulations and manicures by Diosa Nails to comforting massages by Oasis Day Spa.
Aside from getting primped, the lounge also provided some much needed nourishment and refreshments. We started off with a refreshing treat from Jala Bars, which provided guests with tasty frozen Greek yogurt bars in an assortment of flavors. Other nibbles included SexyPop popcorn, chicken and veggie rendang and curry puffs from Mamak, and Brooklyn Dark Chocolate Bars. Those looking to wash it all down with something delightful could try Happy Tree‘s maple water, fizzy drinks from Onli, or opt for something a bit stronger with cocktails and wines provided by Skinny Girl.
Once attendees were fully recharged, they could check out all of the other amazing brands showcasing their goods at the lounge. Flickable introduced us to its cute and fun lip glosses, which are packaged to look like lollipops…and smell just as delicious! We loved the sleek and sophisticated leather handbags presented by Auster Bags, which brings in hand-crafted bags straight from Argentina artisans. UpCouture was showcasing their unique shirts, which help to improve your posture and both Stitch and Snowman displayed pieces from their latest collections. PINCHme was also displaying their wonderful products, while GoGreenRide was offering guests free rides once they left. Manhattan with a Twist wasn’t alone in enjoying the lounge — famous faces such as Aviva Drescher, Ramona Singer, Camille Grammer, Patrick McMullan and Toni Trucks also stopped by the lounge!
