Looking for a great way to shed those last few pounds so you can look your best on the beach? The solution to your fat-busting problem is here, in the form of Structure Personal Fitness, located on the Upper East Side. Unlike other gyms, Structure places emphasis on a truly personal approach to achieving your fitness goals. First, you will speak to the coaches about your goals and routines and then they will assess your fitness level. Once you get started, you won’t stop sweating until you hit the shower. Structure trains its clients in a small group format, where the instructors work with you and a few others at once, making the atmosphere at the gym much more fun. What I loved about this fitness studio was learning new exercises I hadn’t seen or tried before. A big struggle with many people is switching up their workout routine; often times one will plateau and stop improving. Structure Personal Fitness continues to change up your routines, so that your body is always improving.
Another plus of working out at Structure is that the coaches are fun, friendly, and motivational. If you are like me, you may find it hard to push yourself when it comes to your fitness. When others have faith that you can do it, you try harder to achieve your goals. That’s what you get at Structure Personal Fitness. Whether you have specific fitness goals, such as training for a marathon, losing weight or if you just want to get into great shape, Structure will cater a workout regime specifically to you. I wanted to focus on my weak core and they had me doing moves I know will be blasting away those extra pounds around my midsection and have me flaunting my new found abs in no time. Additionally, the gym has state of the art equipment and locker space. Now you may be wondering how much of your paycheck you are going to have to shell away in order to get that rocking bod you’ve always wanted. While standard gyms like Equinox and Crunch can cost a whopping $150/month (without personal training), Structure’s personal training can cost as little as $58 per session, depending on which membership you purchase. If I didn’t know any better, I’d think it’s too good to be true. Now hurry up and check it out and maybe I’ll see you there!
