Recently opened in Tribeca is a crepe shop that will win your heart, not to mention your stomach! By Suzette is a quaint little crepe place that will be taking over quite a few locations all over New York City. The new spot is brought to you by French restaurant entrepreneurs Andy Rodrigues and Guillaume Blanchard, who have expanded upon the Brittany-import creperie originally located in Trégueux. Offering a selection of savory, sweet, and build your own crepes, it’s no wonder this company is already planning on expanding. The Ham and Cheese Crepe is made with a special Buck Wheat Flour that is gluten-free and absolutely delicious. The cheese is perfectly melted and ham sliced thinly, making this crepe a great lunch or dinner option. If you want your fill of veggies, you can either build your own crepe or dig in to their vegetable lovers crepe and top it with cheese for some added gooeyness.
Are sweets your thing? If so, then the Caramel Apple crepe is a must have! This sweet crepe is layered with French Caramel and sliced Granny Smith Apples, making this one delicious dessert. By Suzette also offers a Strawberry and Nutella Crepe, which is sweet, nutty, and perfect for when you need a healthier chocolate fix. For those of you looking for your crepes on the go, this spot has great boxes to keep your crepes safe so you can have them any time and anywhere.
Be sure to head to Tribeca and visit By Suzette. Tickle your taste buds with their delectable, delicious and affordable options.
By Suzette is located at 78 Chambers Street.
