2 oz Montaukila anejo
2 oz triple sec
1/4 pumpkin spice seasoning
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Add ingredients into shaker with ice and shake, filter, pour, enjoy.

1 oz. Shishito Pepper Infused Whiskeysmith Pineapple
1 oz. Tequila Blanco
4 oz. Bloody Mary mix
.25 oz fresh lime juice
Rim glass with ancho chili lime rub, add ice to glass, pour ingredients in and stir. Garnish with shishito pepper and lime wheel.

1 ½ oz The Sexton
1 oz Fresh beet juice
¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
2 Dashes orange bitters
Garnish: Blood orange peel
Stir vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with blood orange wheel.

Halloween Punch
12 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
24 oz. Red Cranberry Juice
32 oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
8 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
27 oz. Ginger Beer
Add all ingredients into a punch bowl with fresh slices of blood orange, lemon, grapefruit and cranberries. Serve over ice. Serves 8 people.

1 oz. Whiskeysmith Chocolate
1 oz. Old Elk Straight Wheat Whiskey
1 oz. Cold brew
.50 oz. brown sugar simple syrup (1:1 water to brown sugar ratio)
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
In mixing glass stir all ingredients for 20 seconds, double strain into chilled coupe with a ice ball, garnish with orange oil.

Harvest Mule
1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
3.5 oz ginger beer
1.5 oz fresh squeezed apple juice
.25 oz local honey
blood orange wheel and cinnamon stick, for garnish
Mix all the ingredients together. Bottle and refrigerate. Pour mixture into a copper mug filled with ice. Garnish with a blood orange wheel and cinnamon stick.

The Midnight Highball
1 oz The Sexton
½ oz Fresh lemon juice
½ oz Ginger syrup
Equal parts club soda and dry cider to fill
Garnish: Luxardo cherries / luxardo cherry syrup
Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda and dry cider.

1 oz. Whiskeysmith Coconut
.50 oz. Whiskeysmith Peach
.50 oz. fresh yuzu lemon juice
.50 oz. agave syrup (1:1 water to agave)
2 fresh sage leaves
1 egg white
In mixing tin, add honey and sage and muddle together, add rest of ingredients, dry shake, then add ice, shake for 20 seconds and double strain into chilled coupe glass, garnish with sage leaves and bitters for a out of world look.

Tanteo Morgue-rita
2 oz. Tanteo Jalapeño Tequila
3/4 oz. Agave Nectar
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 Tbsp. Activated Charcoal Powder
Add all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake well and pour into a Tanteo Jalapeno Salt rimmed, ice-filled Coupe Glass.

2 oz. Whiskeysmith Salted Caramel
.50 oz. brown sugar simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water ratio)
2 dash Angostura Bitters
Pour ingredients into glass filled with ice, top with soda, garnish with Nooku Bourbon Cream Whip Cream. *Nooku Bourbon Whip Cream: 6 oz Nooku Bourbon Cream, 2 oz heavy or half and half cream, 6 oz powdered sugar, 2 egg whites, in iSi add ingredients, close iSi, shake ingredients to mix thoroughly and charge with whip cream chargers.

2 oz BACARDÍ Superior
¾ oz MARTINI & ROSSI Dry Vermouth
½ oz Green Apple Syrup
¼ oz ST GERMAIN
1 drop Green Food Coloring
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with an apple fan.

1.5 cl Mozart Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
3 cl Cognac
2 cl Egg-nog
Whipped cream
Ground nutmeg
Chocolate flakes
Mix all the ingredients with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker or any screw-top jar. Put some ice cubes in the Mozart Tumbler and strain the choctail into it. Top with whipped cream, ground nutmeg and chocolate flakes.
