Not every mom was created the same. Some mamas prefer to skip out on the fancy presents and spend some quality time with the offspring on Mother’s Day. Make that time count by making mom a delicious cocktail or three this year. She will love the thought and effort, and most importantly the taste, of any one of these mom-approved cocktails.

1 oz. London Dry Gin
¾ oz. lemon Juice
¾ oz. simple Syrup
3 pc raspberry
1 dash Angostura bitters
Top: Ruffino Prosecco
Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Top with Ruffino Prosecco Garnish. Garnish with a lemon twist.

1 part Courvoisier Gold
1 part DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps
1 part Champagne
Shake the Courvoisier and Peachtree with ice and strain into a chilled flute, then top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Silver Sunshine (Courtesy of Shellback Rum)
1 oz. Shellback Silver Rum
1 ½ oz. light lemonade
1 oz. light orange juice
¼ oz. lime juice
orange wheel for garnish
Build in large rocks glass over fresh ice. Stir. Garnish with orange wheel. Only 76 calories!

3 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
¼ oz. Green Chartreuse
Top: Ruffino Prosecco
Add Orange Juice and Green Chartreuse. Top with Ruffino Prosecco and garnish with an orange peel, expressed and discarded.

1 part JDK&Sons Crave Chocolate Cherry
3 parts Sparkling Rosé Wine (well chilled)
Build ingredients in order in chilled champagne flute. Garnish with a cherry dropped in and a lemon twist.

1 pickled ramp bulb, lightly muddled
1 ½ oz. Bombay Sapphire East Gin
½ oz. simple syrup
½ oz. fresh lime juice
Shake and strain over fresh ice, top with ½ oz. of Prosecco. Garnish with two lime wheels and a picked ramp.
Camarena Matriarch Sparkler (Courtesy of Camarena Tequila)
½ oz. Camarena Silver Tequila
½ oz. blackberry brandy
½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. grenadine
2 ½ oz. Brut Champagne
strawberries for garnish
Combine liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into chilled champagne flute. Top with 2 ½ oz. Brut Champagne and garnish with sliced strawberries.
Crave Decadent Chocolate Mom-tini (Courtesy of JDK&Sons Crave)
2 parts JDK&Sons Crave Chocolate Cherry Liqueur
1 part DeKuyper Spearmint Schnapps
2 parts Cream
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry on the rim and top with shaved chocolate.
Cali Rose (Courtesy of Caliche Rum)
2 oz. Caliche Rum
1 oz. Dolin Bianco vermouth
¾ oz. Combier Pamplemousse rose (or any grapefruit cordial)
2 dashes of grapefruit bitters
Combine all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass stir until well chilled serve in a chilled cocktail coupe, twist the grapefruit peel over the cocktail, rim the glass and garnish with same grapefruit peel.
Arctic Cynar (Courtesy of Mayur Subbarao, Louro)
½ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. grapefruit juice
½ oz. honey syrup
¾ oz. Cynar
1 ½ oz. chili-infused rye
Shake hard with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, garnish with lemon wheel.
Belle Rosé (Courtesy of Courvoisier)
1 part Courvoisier Rosé
2 parts Orange Juice
½ part Lemon Lime Soda
Raspberry garnish
Combine Courvoisier Rosé and orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coup glass. Top with lemon lime soda and raspberry garnish.
Passion Bellini (Courtesy of Hakkasan)
4 oz. Prosecco
¾ oz. passionfruit puree
2 barspoons passionfruit syrup
Shake, double strain ingredients, and top with Prosecco. Pour in a stemless flute or bellini glass.
Blue Ice Lemon Sorbet (Courtesy of Blue Ice Vodka)
½ cup Blue Ice Vodka
1 ½ cups sugar
3 cups water
grated lemon zest
3 ½ tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water until the sugar dissolves. Add the lemon zest and stir until mixture comes to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand approximately 10 minutes. Place a fine strainer over a large bowl and pour syrup mixture through (straining out any zest). Add lemon juice and Blue Ice Vodka to the strained syrup mixture; stir until thoroughly blended. Cover, and place mixture in the freezer. When frozen, place in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a martini glass with spoon.
