Spring has officially arrived, and Pergola Restaurant kicked off its new brunch menu in style with its mini manicure and mimosas event last week.
Teaming up with iAdventure.com, the day started off with a private press preview. Select members of the press were escorted to Pergola’s sexy upstairs lounge, greeted with mimosas and yummy desserts, where they were then able to indulge in manicures by celebrity manicurist Gerry Holford and her team. Guests were even able to take home their nail color of choice by Bondi. I chose a sassy metallic color called City Slicker. Beautiful gift bags were provided by Pedicure.com and Serenity Spa. The event was later opened to the public who had purchased tickets through iAdventure.
After being pampered with manis and mimosas, guests were guided downstairs to enjoy the new Pergola brunch menu. Pergola’s new brunch includes delicious items such as Traditional Arabic Breakfast to Share, Pergola Benedict with spanikopita, Mediterranean Omelette, Shakshouka and Challah French Toast. With so many tasty choices, I was in brunch heaven! I finally decided on the Benedict. It was perfection.
