This past weekend, as part of the Fancy Food Show, Cheeses of France hosted an evening of cheese-filled wonderment at 404 Event Space, right near the Javits Center. For those of you who are all about cheese (we know there are tons of you out there), this was an evening to die for. Cheeses of France took on classic American dishes and put a terrific French spin on them. Guests enjoyed mac n’ cheese, grilled cheese and cheeseburgers, as well as plenty of cheese and charcuterie. Each dish had multiple variations and guests had to guess which mystery cheese was used in each dish. While the competition was fierce (each dish was so delicious), Manhattan with a Twist would vote for the epic mac n’ cheese to be the winner. Additionally, guests could check out Krai, cheese sculptor extraordinnaire, as he carved masterpieces out of cheese in a heartbeat. There was also a special appearance by the French Minister for Agri-Food, Guillaume Garot. Check out the mouthwatering photos below!
