Sheila G’s Brownie Brittle, a delightfully thin, sweet wafer version of its fluffier counterpart, is launching a new product – the Brownie Brittle Blondie (say that three times fast!). Crunchy, crisp, and not overwhelmingly sweet, these Brownie Brittle bites are the perfect solution for a later afternoon sugar craving or a post dinner treat.
As a chocolate lover, the chocolate chip version of this “blondie” brittle would normally be my go-to, but I am infatuated with the Meyer Lemon flavor. A slight hint of acid keeps me coming back for more, and luckily the calorie count on these bad boys aren’t too high, so it’s not a terrible way to indulge.
An added bonus of these sweet treats is their connection to an organization called Cookies for Cancer. A portion of all sales are donated to Cookies for Cancer to aid in the research and development of advancements in pediatric cancer treatments.
If the taste alone isn’t enough to convince you (and it should be!), the philanthropic side of this company is definitely worth exploring the next time you’re in the cookie aisle of your local grocery store.
