Right near Times Square is a new spot called Iron Bar & Lounge. This bar and lounge isn’t like other ordinary ones you find all over the city; its modern, stylish, and sleek. With a large open dining area, TV’s are visible from every direction. If you feel like relaxing and watching the big game with some small bites, the lounge would be perfect for a close group of friends looking to dine and unwind after work.
The menu is small but enticing and will keep your palate very happy with any of its choices. The “Pig Wings” aka porchetta are delicious with the spicy mustard sauce. They are tender and meaty and are to be eaten like an actual chicken wing! Iron Bar is known for their burgers and pizzas. The chef is inspired to be different, which is why the menu is certainly not a normal sports bar menu. However, this is exactly what you will love about them. The Juicy Lucy Burger is stuffed with cheddar cheese and topped with tomatoes and lettuce on a toasted brioche bun. The fries that come with the burger are wildly addicting so watch out for those because you will eat the entire basket with out even knowing it! While you nosh on their fare, the bar also has weekly entertainment with DJs and performers livening up your evening. Additionally, you can order up hookah service in the lounge, as well.
