Mezcal Mama (Courtesy of The New York Edition)
1.5 oz. Gem & Bolt Mezcal
1.5 oz. jasmine tea
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/5 oz. agave syrup
1/4 oz/ benedictine
3 or 4 raspberries
Shake all ingredients and strain over ice. Garnish with 3 or 4 raspberries.

2 oz. strawberry infused Jaja Blanco Tequila
1/5 oz. fino sherry
3/4 oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. raspberry
3/4 oz. rose
3/4 oz. white pepper syrup

2 oz. D’USSE Cognac
1.5 oz. Crème de Cacao
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
3 Fresh raspberries
3 Dashes Chocolate Molé Bitters
Muddle Raspberries and Simple Syrup in a shaker. Add D’USSE Cognac, Crème de Cacao and Bitters. Shake vigorously with Ice. Double strain into a chilled Coup Glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries on a skewer.

4 oz. sparkling wine
1 oz. Sour Grapefruit HI-‐CHEW Infused Brandy
1 dash Angostura bitters
Measure the bitters and brandy into a coupe and top with sparkling wine. INFUSIONS:The infusion ratio is one piece of candy per ounce of liquor.

2 parts Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve
½ part Drambuie
¼ part coffee liqueur
¼ part demerara syrup
1 barspoon China China
Egg white
Coffee beans, to garnish
Combine all ingredients except for the coffee beans in a shaker and shake to incorporate the egg white. Add ice and shake again. Pour into a coupe. Garnish with coffee beans.

1 ½ parts Hendrick’s Orbium Gin
¼ part maraschino liqueur
½ part yellow chartreuse
½ part honey syrup
¾ part lime juice
1 bar spoon white balsamic vinegar
1 dash rose water
Shake and fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with dried rose petals.

2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
½ part fresh lemon juice
¼ part fresh lime juice
1 part cream
1 part cherry syrup
1 egg white
1 part cherry stem tea soda
3 drops cherry blossom water
Dry shake and shake again. Garnish with mahleb and a small flower.

2 parts RumHaven
2 parts Pineapple Juice
2 parts Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Add all ingredients into an ice-filled Collins glass, stir to combine and chill. Garnish with pineapple or grapefruit.
