Unleash Your Wild Side at Plan B Tapas

Interestingly delicious! That’s exactly how you can describe Chef Jhonathan’s menu at Plan B Tapas. He uses simple ingredients to create outstanding dishes that will wow you with intense flavors and enticing aromas. The ambiance of this tapas restaurant is warm and inviting, with a pop of flare. The cow hide backed booths tie into the creative theme to this restaurant along with the Gaudi-inspired walls, making for a great conversation spot.

The menu consists of a variety of land, sea, and earth dishes, along with a section called “Wild Side!” A great aspect of this restaurant is the chef’s catering the menu for each season throughout the year. You will find light and refreshing dishes in the summer and heavier and heartier dishes in the winter. Plan B is a great tapas restaurant for lunch and dinner on any given day, but if you’re in a daring mood, certainly order something from the wild section. Python Sausage, Urchin Butter, Bull Testicles, and Duck Heart Mousse are just some of the items on this intriguing menu section. The Python Sausage is meaty and packed with flavor–you will be amazed that python can taste so good; then again, with a wonderful chef, how could it not! The Urchin Butter on flat bread with flying fish roe was delicious and warm, topped with bacon and a side of sweet and tangy olive tampenade; awesome!

For those of you a little less daring, Chef Jhonathan prepares incredible Short Ribs that are soft, tender, and shred apart beautifully. His Almond and Herb Crusted Lamb Chops were perfectly cooked, while the Squid Ink Paella was to die for…absolutely delicious! For dessert you must try the Flan as it is creamy, silky, and the perfect ending to the meal.
